[SOLVED] My Rocket League is only using 35% of my GPU

I have changed my power plan and nvidia control panel power settings. I haven't tried anything else and all and every piece of support is greatly appreciated.

Every game has a bottleneck. Sometimes that bottleneck is the GPU. How is the performance in game? A game like Rocket League isn't going to need much of a GPU to get good results.

Actually, it runs really bad. I tried running at max settings and it just lagged way too much so I turned it down to the lowest settings I would consider good enough not to distract me in-game and still have unpleasant amounts of lag. I ran Firestrike and had absolutely no problems whatsoever on all tests.

Turns out it was G-Sync.
