Question my ROG STRIX ASUS Radeon RX570 8gb graphics card wont install the correct drivers

no matter what i do at all i am unable to get the correct drivers to save for my gpu ive tried everything pretty much i have been in safe mode and removed the drivers reinstalled them. that hasn't worked. thee card cant be faulty i don't think due to it beginning to boot up windows and as you get to the login page the display will go black while there still being a connection to the monitor. its a brand new card as well so its unlikely faulty. any support will help a lot i spent a large amount of money on the card and am unable now to return it. thank you

i have seated it in its pcie slot and have connected the 8 pin connecter into the card
