Question My ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING isnt detecting my crucial mx500 sata ssd 1tb in bios or windows

Ive had this ssd for about a month and I used up around 700 gb of it and today it just stopped working it doesnt show in my disk management or bios help please im pretty new to this and have no clue what to do

mobo: ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING
ssd: crucial mx500 sata ssd 1tb (m.2)

(sorry I posted this in motherboards but im pretty sure it doesnt belong there)

I dont have an second pc to test out this ssd to see if its dead or not but I tested both m.2 slots on my motherboard and the ssd still doesn't show up
