My Router does not appear in Network !

Hello ,
I wanted to forward one of my ports to use it with a dedicated server for an online game , but when I go to Networks to forward a port from my router it just doesn't appear there !
(BTW I don't have router access)
Sometimes it appears but this is what shows up and it disappears after few seconds !

Please help me ! 🙁

P.S : I have a modem (TP-Link TD-W8901G) and it's wifi is broken so I use a router to share the internet which is (TP-Link TL-WA701ND) and I'm connected to the router (TP-Link TL-WA701ND)

You need router access to forward the ports, thats where you do it.
