My router isnt working im crying huhuhuu

My router led light doesnt turn on (all of the lights) even it is correctly plugged in like before and I cant access my tplink website it says that there's an error in dns and it cant connect maybe because my tplink router cannot connect, i dont know what to do

If ALL the lights do not light, then it is probably the power supply. They are the most likely thing to fail. You can probably find a replacement on E-Bay for your specific router. This may be a good opportunity to upgrade your router if it is (was) a few years old.
