My Rtx 2070 armor RGB won't work

So I bought a Rtx 2070 armor and received it today. I plugged it in, everything turned on but the RGB from the card wouldn't turn on. The graphics card works but the fans doesn't turn on either, are they supposed to not turn on? I really need help about both the RGB and the fans. Someone help!

Have you installed the drivers?

Your GPU fans will not spin when under low load, to keep things quiet.
Your RGB won't light up until you install the MSI mystic light software.

So I installed the drivers and everything but the RGB still won't work. When you buy a graphics card for over 500$ you expect everything to work so I'm pretty pissed, so please someone tell me there is a way to fix it!
