how do i do that?Turn ray tracing off. Disable any background programs that aren't needed. Make sure RAM is running at XMP/DOCP speeds.

i THINK i got it to work as usual again, but im not sure but i will send the benchmark overRun a UserBenchmark and post the LINK to the results here.
i dont think its a monitor related issue, but here: benq Zowie XL2411PWhat monitor are you using?
whenever i turn on XMP, the system wont boot. I reset cmos and held the power button for 30 seconds continuously, but still wont work so i just put it off.Turn ray tracing off. Disable any background programs that aren't needed. Make sure RAM is running at XMP/DOCP speeds.

Idk why but it was just a few days of use and its already underperforming. last time i got fps count of around 250-300, and now its 180-240. Idk why so can anyone help me improve my fps rates without replacing the psu?
Thanks

please read scroll up and readYour monitor has a refresh rate of 144hz and you're worried that you are 'only' getting 180-240fps?
Then you need to manually input the speed and the timings increasing a bit the voltage till you get it to work, or you need to buy a different kit that is supported by your motherboard.whenever i turn on XMP, the system wont boot. How do all of that do that? Then you need to manually input the speed and the timings increasing a bit the voltage till you get it to work, or you need to buy a different kit that is supported by your motherboard.
You are losing performance with the base speed of RAM.
