Question My Rx 570 8gb gigabytes usage is fluctuating

When playing Apex legends my Gpu usage is fluctuating hard and it sometimes feels like my game is getting microstutters for one second

CPU: 2400g 3.9ghz overclocked
RAM: 8gb ddr4 3000mhz

Edit: My power consumption goes down and up with the gpu usage
