[SOLVED] My rx 5700 xt clock speed stuck at 300 and mem clock at 875

I brought new Computer when I comeback home to Check everything I found something really badly. My rx 5700 xt has base clock at 300 and mem clock at 875 I cannot play any game. It always say your GPU not Support.
