UPDATE: I BOUGHT AN i5-9600k AND USED THE INTEGRATED GRAPHICS TO DELETE MY GPU DRIVERS AND THEN REINSTALL THEM. THAT FIXED MY PROBLEM.

Spinning fans only mean card gets power, nothing else.I dont think my card is dead, the fans are spinning and it was working earlier.
The problem is I don’t have another computer or gpu to test itSpinning fans only mean card gets power, nothing else.
Any beeps/post codes?
I would get another card to use as secondary and try to boot.
Resetting BIOS is always a good idea when having problem so go ahead and pull the battery.
I have an i3-9100f a b365m gigabyte motherboard and an evga 500 watt bronze power supply none modular. I don’t think it’s the power supply though because the fans on the gpu are spinning so it’s getting powerfull system spec? include brand and model of the psu
I pulled out the battery, waited about 15 minutes, put it back in and still no signal. On the first time i turned it on after putting the battery back in it my computer was on for about 30 seconds, turned off, then turned back on and hasnt done that since then. I really dont know what could have caused this but maybe a bad driver or something. If it is driver issues then the only way i can fix it is by doing a hardware reset or something because i dont have another gpu so i cant delete drivers cause my screen is black.Resetting BIOS is always a good idea when having problem so go ahead and pull the battery.
I am suspecting the PSU is not providing enough power. EVGA 500watt units are not the best. RX 580 is recommended to have 550watt PSU http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htmI pulled out the battery, waited about 15 minutes, put it back in and still no signal. I would test it, otherwise, look for a new one...The problem is I don’t have another computer or gpu to test it
