so my rx 580 spikes from 0% to 100%
when im playing game it happens more aggresively which makes my fps go from 60 to 3fps (when im in game it still goes from 0 to 100%) i gave this pc to one guy who repaired it like 3 times (he even streamed all the games going smooth) but when i plugged it home it just started spiking again.. yesterday i found virus, i thingkit was something with autorun so i deleted it with avast and then launched tron script.. but the problem still remains. when i first got the pc i didnt even get microlags, everything was so smooth, i remember how i was angry when i first started to have lags in R6 siege but it was still playable. Big problems came when i was playing like for month GTA V. then everything got to <Mod Edit>. now my pc cant take even pokemon planet. it doesnt matter if i got high or low setting. i still have around 100fps but every 10 seconds it drops to 5 fps
