Ok, so I build this pc like 7 months ago with the Ryzen 2200G and 8gb of 2133 RAM with a Radeon ROG Strix 570. I used to be able to run a game and talk to someone on discord with my cpu at like 80%, but the last month or so its been at like 97-99% constantly with either just discord or a game open and also I've heard alot of static and getting the Blue Screen of Death recently which I've never had before... so basicallly HELP!?

Have you checked CPU temperature yet? Download Core Temp for a quick look at CPU temps. If the temperature reading is above 55C at idle, you might be thermal throttling when playing a game. Also, try removing the RX 570 and run the system with the Vega graphics of the CPU to see what happens. Try to play a game on it to see if it blue screens. If it still blue screens, run memtest86.

it only blue screened like 4 or 5 times and its not anymore, also wouldn't the gpu take the load off the cpu after I turned the cpu graphics off. I played a game of PUBG and my cpu hit 63C.

Ryzen 2200G supports 2933MHz memory when using a pair of single ranked modules, yet you are complaining about slow when using slow memory speeds.

I'm using 2x 4GB 2133 and the cpu isn't using its graphics function so why would that max out my cpu usage after it didn't a while ago.

hahahaha, driver booster, that's your problem right there, Clean install windows and don't touch drivers, it already knows what you need, leave it alone and NEVER use any driver installer like driver booster ever again. if you have a laptop you may need to install the graphics/audio/networking drivers provided by your manufacturer for you model. that is on the support page of their website. after that it will be spanky fast again, driver booster screwed you with the WRONG drivers.
