Question My ryzen 3 3200g's iGPU keeps changing its frequency while gaming

Ryzen 3 3200G
Vega 8
Corsair Vengence RGB Pro 2x8GB 3000MHz
Asus prime A320M-K
1TB HDD


While i'm gaming i noticed some stuttering
I used msi afterburner and I found that my gpu is changing its frequency

When playing fortnite every time I enter a building or look down to the ground (or do any less demanding stuff) the GPU downclocks from 1250MHz to 700 or 800 MHz
The same thing is happening with the CPU
PLEASE HELP!

cpu freq : 4000
cpu volt : 1.35
gpu/gfx freq : 1600 or 1700 if stable
gpu/gfx volt : 1.2
