Hi All!
First-time poster so please excuse any mistakes. :D
I've just completed my first ever PC build and under a very tight budget I decided to go for the integrated graphics on the 2400G as opposed to buying a graphics card (for now at least)
Anyways, in videos, people can get 50 ish frames on battlefield 1 with 1080p low settings (
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKaj9woKOSI&t=90s
) but I can't achieve a stable 30 on 720p low settings along with %50 resolution scale.
I'm currently overclocking my CPU and integrated graphics but no guarantee I did it right to be honest.
Any help or advice as to why this is happening would be very very appreciated!
Thanks in advance and here are my specs/

Ryzen 5 2400G OC to 4GHz
8GB DDR4 2667
250GB SSD
1TB HDD
550W Enermax PSU
MSI X470 gaming plus
Stock wraith cooler

Solution
Your memory is kind of slow for Ryzen, 3200mhz is preferred and depending on the game can make a noticeable difference (2666 to 3200 could be as high as 15 FPS depending on the game).

Also if its a single stick then that could hurt performance as well and notice on the video that the user has 16gb of memory instead of 8gb.

They don't list complete specs, overclocks or how the video was recorded which makes me think it could be faked.

Userbenchmark only has a few tests with the 2400G with BF1 but per other users your getting around the correct FPS.

Yeah it's pretty brutal. I'm west LA so if I even have to go near the freeway then it has to be worth it. Good luck going to OC that's one of the worst commutes I've ever seen.

Well, I live on the opposite coast, and I don't plan to do much driving when I get to OC, lol. I've been on the 405 a couple of times, and that was more than enough! ("It's 2:15pm on a Tuesday, WHY THE HELL IS THERE GRIDLOCK?? WHY AREN'T YOU PEOPLE AT WORK RIGHT NOW???")

That said, the MicroCenter near me is about 45 or so minutes from me. I haven't gone there often, but it was well worth it for the couple of times I've needed to get something. I was surprised that a brick-and-mortar was actually a little more competitive than some online stores for what I was looking for at those times.

See my sig: that Acer monitor, and the Athlon 200GE, even after tolls and gas, were both better priced than I could get online.

A friend of mine just picked up a 2600X/AsRock B450 Fata1ity ATX combo from MicroCenter for notably less than it could be bought anywhere else.

I'm not all that familiar with Fry's, though I was at the one in Industry, CA, several years ago, so can't say how good they are, though I do remember in the past being jealous that they weren't present in the eastern US.

Maybe it is worth checking a microcenter out after all, I had never really heard of them before. I feel like it’s pretty rare to see a store beat out online prices.

Is there a less is more kind of thing with that or should I just be pushing it to the limit?
I've read you don't want to exceed 1.4V on the stock cooler, 1.45V on aftermarket air & 1.5V on liquid cooling. This isn't information from AMD but from reviews I've read so I don't know if its 100% exact but from the stock voltages and overclocking seems like good advice. Your temps are good though.

Microcenter might be a harder drive for you, being in Tustin.

That said, while I know very little about Fry's. the MicroCenter site, while a little clunky, lets you set up an account, and you can order parts to be held for you until you can pick them up - but you have to pick them up within 3 days, and you pay on pick-up.

Still, doing a quick check on Google Maps, MicroCenter is just over an hour from West Los Angeles (as of 11:30AM Pacific time today), whereas Fry's is 40-50 minutes. No idea how bad it gets later in the day.

Ok, it’s on auto right now so I’ll manually bring it down in the bios once I get home to 1.4V, thanks!

Which microcenter location did you look at?
