My ryzen 5 2600 fan won't start

I just started my first pc build and I do my first out of case test just to see if im doing it right so I turn it on everything works the motherboard starts up but my cpu's fan isn't spinning I don't know what to do plz help

If it's your first build I do not recommend you 'test' it out of the case. With your first build it's helpful to do things right step by step.

There are many 'how to build a pc' videos on Youtube. Find one that shows you the process start to finish, from unboxing parts to assembling them.

It's more difficult to troubleshoot your problem if you are already doing unconventional things.
