[SOLVED] My ryzen 5 2600 is using around 3.3-3.7 ghz speed while idle at windows 10

I'm actually new to PC stuff, is it normal for my PC run at around 3.3-3.7GHz while idle at windows?
Here my specs
Ryzen 5 2600
ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0
Team T-Force Delta 2x4 3000MHz
ASRock RX 570 Phantom Gaming D

Do you have the latest AMD B450 chipset drivers installed ?
If not, install them:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b450

Then use the AMD Ryzen Balanced power Plan set up like this:

Yes! you can get it to go lower if you select the "Balanced" windows power profile:

You are supposed to use the "Ryzen" one, but I prefer the "Balanced" profile as the CPU idles at a lower MHz. It will idle at 2.2GHz rather than 3.3/3.7GHz.

Thanks! It works! my idle clock speed right now is around 1.9-2GHz (sometimes spike to 3ish)
