Question My Ryzen 7 3700x get overheated and is at 100% after ram overclock

Hey i did my old ram from 2133mhz to 3000mhz and now my cpu is acting really weirde. I bought a new ram and install it but the problem is still there and it is after 5min arround after i turn my pc on. Can someone help me with this?

Old Ram: Gskill Aegis (4x 8GB) 3000mhz

New Ram: 32GB (2x 16GB) G.Skill RipJaws V schwarz DDR4-3600 DIMM CL16-19-19-39 Dual Kit

Bios Version: 7C56v1B1(Beta version)

Gpu: Rog Strix 3060Ti

Please include the make and model of your motherboard, the BIOS version for said motherboard and the make and model of your ram kit(s) that you're working with.

i reset my bios but it still happend. I will have an eye on this and hope it will be gone. Idk what to do anymore
