My safe mode no got virus no c command

I think my laptop got virsu.. Isass.exe application error, Failed to initialize properly (0xc 0000005)

I tried to hit F8 button before window download,,,so then get to safe mode,
then found : Windows advanced options menu, Please select an option:

-safe mode,
-safe mode with networking
-safe mode with command prompt
-enable boot logging
.....
.....
.....

etc...

so, then i click on the first one (Safe mode) with hopes to get C:
but i could not get to C:,,, even have tried to changed to other options but still do nothing...

What should i do to fix this traits? I can't get through to access to such things to get back to access to window. Please suggestion.

Safe mode won't bring you to a C: prompt. Safe mode is similar to normal windows, with less services running.

If you want to get to a C: prompt, choose safe mode with command prompt.

If you think you have a virus, boot into safe mode with networking, and run through the malware guide in my signature.
