My samsung monitor wont stay on

Changing resolutions, signal input and turning it off and on show that the backlight works fine but it only stays on for 2-3 seconds than goes off, screen is still on though.

Does it go into sleep mode? When it does the on light should change color.

You may need to have it serviced.
