My Samsung Notebook isn't booting!! =(

Hi there. I have a samsung notebook Np300e4e. My problem started when i decided to split the partition into 2 (C and E) using aomei but i cannot restart it again. I tried using F4 key for the system to factory reset and nothing happened. I tried to boot USB and CD drive to format it and it didn't load, after the start-up, it said "loading system..".please can you give me some ways on what can i do. thank you guys. God bless.

sure I can tell you exactly what happened. someone who had no clue what they were doing broke it.

get the factory restore disks. change it to boot from DVD. restore it. don't ruin it again

Most likely you screwed up the uefi boot/partition tables and now get to do a factory restore.

You probably messed up the boot partition, now you should probably reinstall Windows with the recovery discs that came with the laptop and if you don't have them you'll probably need to buy a new copy of Windows.
