Im trying to dual boot windows and linux.....and of course when I get to it my USB stick doesnt work all of a sudden when I just downloaded the ISO and flashed it with etcher literally the day before.
Anyways my issue, I plug in the USB stick (SanDisk Ultra USB 128gb) and it doesn't pop up. I try to format it but I get "The system cannot find the file specified" and when I try to Format or Assign a Drive letter to it I get "The system cannot find the file specified" For Change Drive Letters and Path, Then for Formatting I get "Windows cannot format the volume because the volume is offline" But when I get it to come online and go through "New Simple Volume Wizard" I then get "The Volume was created successfully but it was not formatted. Retry the format using the format Task" Then right after clicking "Ok" another pop up says "The System cannot find the file specified" I tried using CMD prompt (As Admin) to Clean/Clear any attributes on it.....But still nothing. Am I just completely overlooking something so simple, or is there an actual error going on?

You could try using using Rufus.ie to load the iso. Normally when we use rufus, you simply identify the target usb and the iso and run the program. Since the iso contains all of the formatting information there is no need to do any pre-formatting or change any settings or anything else. It sounds like you are trying to make a really simple process complicated; maybe its an etcher thing.
