Turn on vsync. Your framerate is likely exceeding the refresh rate of your monitor.

Why are you doing that? What monitor do you have? Its happening because the framerate of your game is exceeding whatever the refresh rate of your monitor is set at, the cable doesn't really matter if you turn on vsync it should stop.

No It was on the desktop and I just switched and its working.

No, the refresh rate is how many Hz. for example if your gpu is pushing out 120fps and your monitor only has a refresh rate of 60Hz.
