I recently got a new monitor and it worked fine for a good month then I tried to pull the cord out and I didn't realize that the cord had a button that you needed to press to get it to come out. So I guess I pulled too hard and now when I play games sometimes the screen just blacks out. I don't know exactly why but I assume it has something to do with the GPU. I tried swapping cords and the problem still remains. I also switched what port the GPU is in and it still is happening. Did I mess something up and do I need to buy a new GPU? I also tried updating all the drivers. I am relatively new to pc building and i don't know what to do. My GPU is a Radeon RX 580.
