Question My screen dimms randomly and other problems

my pc screen dimms randomly while im browsing in the internet but not when gaming, audio crackling sounds sometimes on any sound activity related and recently got a BSOD.

My rig:

X470 gaming plus
gskil flare x 8x2 3200mhz 16cl
New zotac rtx 3060 (its three months old)
asus rog strix 750w

The temperature of every component is normal.

Tried to downgrade BIOS, and got back to windows 10 but nothing
