Question My screen flickered when I play triple A games

Hello, so I just bought a second used GPU, an RTX 2060. Every time I played high GPU usage games like The division or Counter Strike 2 my screen flickered for a second, and it crashed the game. Does anyone know the problem? Thank you

RAM: KLEVV DDR4 BOLT X Series 3200MHZ 16GB
GPU: Zotac RTX 2060 6 GB
Storage: WD Blue 1TB, Samsung EVO 860 250GB, and V-GeN Hyper 256GB M.2 NVMe
Cooling: Be quiet! Pure Rock Slim 2
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 55 V2
PSU: CORSAIR CV650

The card is probably bad. Although, if you switched from a Radeon to a GeForce, then you might have driver problems if you didn't use DDU.

Hello sir, thank you for the response. My last GPU was 750ti, so it should be fine. Today I'm going to the repair shop to get it done, hopefully it can get fixed.

You're welcome, I hope that I helped.

Just make sure that the repair costs you far less than $105USD because that's how much a used RX 5700 XT is going for on eBay. The RX 5700 XT is about 14% faster than the RTX 2060 and has 8GB of VRAM instead of 6GB so you'd be better off just buying that card instead of repairing your RTX 2060 if the repair will cost more than $50USD. The RX 5700 XT's performance is exactly the same as that of an RTX 2070.

The RTX 2060 isn't exactly a great performer and cards that cheap are often not worth repairing because the labour involved can easily be more than the cost of just buying another card, especially a used card.
