my screen goes a lot dots while minimize

First of all, sorry for my english 😀

well, I play CSGO 1024 * 768 4:3 and when I minimize the game the screen goes a lot of dots flickering.

I tried 1920*1080 and it doesn't happen, the screen goes black and immediately I can see desktop

can someone help me?

it might have something to do witht he different aspect rations between 1080 and 768. What happens if you use 1366x768 ?

well, it doesn't happen if the game is 16:9, the problem is with 4:3 and 16:10, its probably screen rescaling problem?.

it's strange because my second monitor doesn't have that problem, I can minimize with 4:3 or 16:10 and its instant.
