My screen goes dark for some reason! Please Help!

HI, i just built a new rig and i am using the EVGA GTX 980. I have two monitors connected. My main with DVI (144hz) and my second with HDMI (60hz)., Sometimes when i open up a movie or NVIDIA GeForce Experience program, and other monitor stuff my main (DVI) monitor goes dark for like a second and it goes back up while the other screen is fine. Its annoying and don't happen when i play games so its not that bad... Please help what could be the problem? All drivers are up to date!

Check Power Plan, see if there's anything related to the monitor countdown to go sleep.

Sometimes it happens rappidly like three times after eachother in like a 5 second period so its no that

Did you tried in an HDMI port?
