My screen got a gray (filter) when i start game

Hey, just got and installed Asus rog swift monitor and worked great! i tried going in to nvidia control panell to enable g-sync and i think i ficxed it. But when i started a game the screen like blinked and it got like a grey filter on it. no matter how much i fix with gamma/colour/brightness, i still have the gray tone to it. Steams background used to be dark grey or black, but now its grey and looks really bad. Pls help!
