Question My screen is all black, I’m using Alt + Carl + Del, doesn’t work, neither esc for startup menu

I keep booting the laptop and using the ESC key for a startup menu, but still can’t get it, it only says in the left corner, ESC... Pause startup, my screen is still black, I cant do anything, other keys such as F10, F9, F11 are the same result as ESC key, but with a different message, I need help, my laptop is an HP

In the left bottom corner

Yes this was working before, I was trying to reboot my computer but automatic reboot didn’t work, I tried to restore the laptop, keeping my personal info and documents, and at 54% complete, it just got the black screen with ESC... Pause Startup

At first it said Hard disk error, which I suppose is the internal disk for windows, maybe something is wrong with it, but it worked perfectly the same day, and I didn’t touch it once
