My screen is cracked you don't know recognition but I can still plug my HDMI in and see it on my TV should not be able to access Bluetooth and projected to my smart TV

Depends on if your laptop and TV both have Bluetooth profiles to support screen mirroring. Assuming they do, there’s a good step by step at:
