My screen is zoomed in after changing GPU

I recently upgraded my radeon HD 5770 to a gtx 660 (like 5 minutes ago) after updating drivers and uninstalling everything from the radeon. I made sure i have the correct resolution, messing about with TV settings, display options etc. buy it is still zoomed in. I have tried restarting it but it is still zoomed in even when i start games.

Ay suggestions?

Assuming you connect to TV via hdmi, search for a over-/underscan-parameter in the driver. and change it to zero / on /off or whatever the opposite of it's current value is.
