My screen isnt fitting my monitor?

Hello,

My monitor resolution is 1080p, my display resolution is 1080p, but i have black borders all around the visual display.pretty much, the size of my visual resolution is 720p but its 1080p, so i have 2cm of black nothing on each side of screen..plz help, im bad at english sorry bout that. I cant screenshot, cuz the screenshoter doesnt go past that point.

Whats your monitor? Because you can adjust your image from monitor itself, he has menu where you can expand or auto correct your image till the border.

Its acer v233hqv, the monitor options dont have any stretching options, and autocorrect puts it in the same position as before, meaning still black around.

Well try to set it manually you have options on the menu for it.It should be saying something as H or V position. http://www.go-gddq.com/upload/2011-04/11041411071690.pdf page 25.

what graphics card are you using ??

Thats just a scaling issue & should be sorted from within windows.

Its true, it has hv position, but like i said, it only moves it, it doesnt put the screen to its physical border of the monitor.
