Question My screen output is TINY, changing display resolutions is not helping

Having no luck trying to get my resolution to fill the entire screen on Windows 10 with this Philips monitor. No matter what resolution or Scaling I use its always only taking up this small portion of the screen. This setup is used for 2 screens, a 55" TV and this monitor. The 55" monitor looks fine, takes up the whole screen. I've tried extending, duplicating switching primary outputs between monitor and 55" TV. Tried disconnecting the 55" TV and running the monitor by itself, no change. There seems to be no settings on this monitor to expand the screen output.

Tips, tricks ANYTHING considered to try at this point. Thank you !

The monitor is a Philips Brilliance 328B. I'm not sure of the 55" TV i believe its an LG. To my knowledge they are not configured for same resolution. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions I am unable to check the resolutions until next week as this computer is in my office and I'm troubleshooting it remotely. Just hoping I can get some breakthrough's before I go into office next week.
