My screen resolution changed overnight

I was working on a Windows 7 PC and let the computer turned on 1 entire day, 9:00 am to 12:00 am next day, but i leave my office 8:00 pm day 1 and day 2 at 9:00 am changed resolution and cant find resolution i was using first, please help me

If you right click/press the desktop, you should have a Screen Resolution option.

Click the Windows icon in the bottom left to access the Start Bar -> type 'Resolution' into the search bar in the Start Bar -> click 'Adjust Screen Resolution'

Or

Click the Windows icon in the bottom left to access the Start Bar -> click 'Control Panel' -> under 'Appearance and Personalization' click 'Adjust Screen Resolution'

I've already tried that method, but none of the screen resolution is what i was using

Does this computer use integrated graphics? Go on Intel's or AMD's driver site (depending on what you've got) to get a newer display driver.

Without some details here, what is the monitor brand and model, what resolution where you using?

By default you should see maybe 3-4 different resolutions for the monitor, the one that matches the monitor, and a few others in the same aspect ratio.
