My Screen Resolution has gone haywire

I'm using a crappy little 720p 60Hz HDTV, and it was working fine until I installed my GPU drivers (Radeon R9 270X) now everything won't fit and I have to go onto Catalyst settings and set it to a low 720p HDTV setting, but it's blurry and I can't open apps because the resolution is too small. And I did some messing around and I ended up removing the option to change the display option to "R9 200 series" on the Screen Resolution. Now something called "Display device on: VGA" has taken it's place and I want the option to switch to the GPU back, but I don't know how to.
Please help!

Post tour complete and detailed build including OS and monitor.

Just use Control Panel, Display Settings and set it to it's native resolution.
