My screen resuloution is so small when i tried to fix it the control panel refuses to open because the screen resuloution is too small how do i fix it

Windows 7 or ? You should be able to right click the desktop and select properties. On the chance this will not work might have to going to safe mode and change the resolution. To reboot into safe mode reboot the pc as the pc is rebooting tap F8 many times. Once this loads go to control panel and change your screen resolution. See if this works.
