Solution
To reseat the gpu and its power cables, all you have to do is remove the gpu from the mother board and disconnect the power cables, then place it back in making sure it clicks down again soundly, and re connect the power cables making sure they are completely and evenly inserted until they also click in. Unplug the computer from the wall before you do this and be sure to be very gentle with you components and avoid doing this work where static could build up, avoid carpeted floor.
Here is a link on how to roll back the drivers. https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-rollback-nvidia-drivers-in-windows-10/

wouldnt I need to paste it somewhere if I do that

Sorry, windows key + print scrn will save it straight to your photo library.

thats what pops up I figure out how to screenshot when it goes black

Either a driver or a power issue, make sure you have the latest drivers, although some people have actually had to roll back drivers in order to fix it. Also, I had this error message once, and it turned out to be a power connector not being fully seated in my graphics card. Try reseating your card and the power connectors in it. If that doesn’t help, try to roll back to the previous driver if you do have the latest ones.

how do I do any of this I dont know anything about the cables etc.
