my sd card has been damaged, when going to format it in laptop, windows shows me a massage that it is unable to format. what should do now

You need to buy a new SD card, they don't last forever.

Eventually the card's memory chips become corrupted so it won't format and that can't be fixed.

If there is no data you need from it just throw it away and get another one.
If you need data off it, then you need to try data recovery or have someone do it.
