My SD Card doesn't formatting.

I have an 32GB SD CarD and i can't format it. I also can't delete any files and I can't make a new volume from disk management. It isn't write proiected and when I input it, it appears "Scan and Fix" and happened nothing. What I can do?

Backup all the data on it if it's not already.
Call the manufacturer for a replacement.
