my sd card is damaged what should i do to fix it

So, I was having trouble downloading games from play store so I tried to unmount my SD card so I can install, when I mounted it again it started saying "damaged SD card" er something like that, I tried rebooting a bunch of times but nothing, I also tried removing my SD card and inserting it back,and also it didn't do no nothing, so how do solve this?I'm using cloudphone,oh and thx to all of u

If you don't need the data try re-formatting it.
If that doesn't work most likely the actual SD card is damaged. A new one is in order.
