my sd card on my computer

My computer doesn't want to accept my phone what can I do. I tried putting a micro SD adapter and it doesn't want to read it.

Your SD card in your phone is not recognized by your computer with or without an adapter? And you dont have a USB cable to connect your phone to your computer either?
