My Seagate 1TB hard drive for Xbox One keep beeping every three seconds and is not recognisable as a storage on my xbox

So my brother dropped my hard drive and ever since then my xbox has not been able to recognise it and it makes a high pitched whine every three seconds. Any idea whats wrong?

Yes, it was dropped and physically damaged the disk. The "beep" you hear is the disk heads seeking from the outside to the inside to try to calibrate. They are not able to. That drive is probably toast.
