MY seagate backup plus Going SLOW

HI
my HDD is going slow and now transfer rate is 1 MBPS
what should i do ?
i checked it with other usb and same result
sometimes i see hard going normal speed and it's reach at 20 MBps
but not everytime
sometimes
i try to Copy Huge size file
at the middle transfer HDD go like unplug and plug and paused transfer and i resumed it
in my pc windows can't show hard drive capacity in main menu at my computer
i send photos of this problem

amink69, suggestions you cant try if you have not done so yet. Try another SATA cable, unplug all other devices and use the backup plus only. Also, transfer rates are limited to your HW so your specs would be nice to see. If this still has a low transfer rate you may contact support here.

but still my HDD doesn't show capacity on my computer refer to picture i sent it.

amink69, what happens if you right click on that device? Does it show then? If you unplug it and plug it back in does it show up? You can also uninstall the Backup Plus driver and re boot the unit too see if that also takes care of it.

when i click on that HDD works fine and in properties show all information correct
