My seagate expansion fell down and now my pc is not detecting it any more.

My seagate expansion fell down and now my computerr is not detecting it any more. All my important files are in it. I tried it with few other PCs but drivers are not getting installed successfully. It is not in the disk management either. It shows up in device management and also in devices. When I connect the drive to the computer there is a some kind of sound occurs from the drive and after few seconds it stops. I tried to connect it to the motherboard with a SATA cable but it did not work, may be because it has a big(1TB) capacity. I used few data recovering software, but non of them detect my drive. Please help. Is there any possibility to get my files back?

Hi, I also have a problem with my Seagate Expansion 1TB. The drive icon does not show up in my computer but the blue light is still blinking. Also, I can find it in the device manager and windows said that it is still working properly. However, popup message shows up in the safely remove that a USB connected to the computer is not working properly.

The drive is almost full and I also run some programs there. I accidentally dropped the drive twice but I don't think that is the reason why the drive is not showing up in my computer.
