My Seagate External Harddrive not working

My seagate External Hard drive was working well until yesterday it showed an error message and after that time I was unable to access my documents....the drive name was automatically change to Local Disk... It still appears on my PC

Please when I right click it takes lots of time to display anything...what can I do?
