I just had a PC custom built from a store like 2 months ago. But i have been getting 0x0000f4 blue screens errors since I bought it. So I decided to check if my hard disk is all right. First, I downloaded CrystalDiskInfo and it didnt detect my hdd. Then I downloaded speedfan which make my computer go bluescreen as soon as I opened it. Finally the software HDDScan detected my hdd. I run the smart test and it got all green. I tried another software - Seagate tools. I run the smart test and it says it failed. Which one is right? Is my hard disk failing?

Hi there Arnold Heinminthant,

You need to back up the data stored on the drive as soon as possible.

Apart from that, it is strange that some tools can't even pick up the drive.
As your computer is almost new, it would be best to just contact the place where you got it from. The brand specific tools tend to be more accurate than the third party ones.

Cheers,
