My second case fan is not working

I have a Corsair Carbide 275R and 2 fans, one is working perfectly but the other is not working. When i check in Corsair's driver that seconds fan doesn't show up(it's connected to the motherboard) it only says that one fan from my h100i v2 is on 0 rpm but both of them on the cpu cooler are working, that 0rpm fan might be the one that doesn't work, how do i make it work?

It's most likely dead, stuck or disabled, maybe. Check in your BIOS if there's an option to enable it.

i made this pc a week ago, it's new, but i don;t really remember if that fan was spinning even before. This case should have only a fan in the back. The fan in the up part is the one which isn't working. It is connected to sysfan2 but i can't make it spin even with the bios. The fan is not recognised by the motherboard

Well then, you may have a factory defective fan.
