Im gonna build and order the parts very soon. I will probably take the 7700k over the 8700k. I Don't know how much more money the 8700k will cost, and I dont have a money tree in my backyard. :p

I will be heavy gaming, and heavy streaming on this bad boy.

4k is good. Go for the build. But wait till Thursday and see what the new CPUs look like. If anything, you might see some good deals on the 7700k and the Z270 motherboards after the release.
The 8700k will be $20 more than the 7700k. So it will not take an entire money tree. Wait till the reviews come out on Thursday. The 8600k will be around $250, cheaper than the 7700k and it may equal or perform better than the 7700k with 6 real cores.

What monitor are you using? For a rig like that you need to have a good monitor, it your monitor will be you bottleneck, not your rig.

As for the parts, they all look great. I would go with a Samsung 960 EVO over the Crucial SSD though. The NVMe drives are very fast. Plus with M.2 there are no wires so it makes your PC look cleaner. The 960 EVO is about $120, not much more than the Crucial.
