My Second Graphics Card is no Displaying in Device Manager

As soon as I turned on the device manager, I was always seeing both Intel or AMD graphics cards, but I stopped seeing AMD yesterday, and I have to use an Intel graphics card that cuts everything, even games, but even the Internet.

Make sure your gpu is plugged in correctly (make sure it is supported my screws)
Download the newest drivers for your card! (This is probably the problem)
What were you doing when the card stopped showing?
Try plugging the gpu into a different Pci-e slot.
Can you please list your full pc specs?

I have installed the newest drivers but i still have nothing.. My PC specs are : Intel Core i5 2.67GHz, GC : AMD Mobility Radeon 5470 and Intel HD Graphics 5000, 8 GB RAM, Windows 7 Service Pack 1

Have you tried installing the gpu in a different pci-e slot? Make sure that power cables are plugged in properly as well.
