Question My second monitor mysteriously displays no signal

I unplugged my second monitor for 20 seconds and back in again and it would display a signal. Restarted my pc. Updated graphics drivers. Switching cable. Nothing is working. Please help

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Monitors: make and model? How connected: GPU, motherboard? Connection type: DVI, HDMI, DP.....?

What was the reason for the "20 second" unplugging the second monitor? What was unplugged: power, video, both?

Are both power and video cables securely connected on both ends?

Will the second monitor work in place of the first monitor?

Will the second monitor work on another known working computer?
